orION Ionizer
The orION Ionizing Device, manufactured by Simco, is an advanced tool for controlling static charges, specifically designed for use in contamination-free environments such as semiconductor manufacturing and medical device production. Utilizing alternating current technology for ionization, the device efficiently neutralizes electrostatic charges in less than 2 seconds at a distance of 15 cm and a pressure of 2 bar. The integrated 0.01-micron particle filter nozzle ensures the supply of clean air, which is especially beneficial in ISO 5 class cleanrooms.
