The orION Ionizing Air Gun with Sidekick (foot switch) is an advanced tool for controlling static charges and precision cleaning in contamination-free environments such as semiconductor manufacturing and medical device production. This device combines efficient particle removal and rapid neutralization of electrostatic charges (<2 seconds at 15 cm and 2 bar) with a strong airflow.The integrated high-voltage technology ensures reliable ionization, while the ozone generation is at a maximum of 0.001 ppm, meeting even the strictest cleanroom standards (ISO 5 / Class 100 cleanroom). The 0.01-micron particle filter at the nozzle guarantees the supply of clean air. Additionally, the device's self-balancing of the offset voltage maintains a constant ionization balance within ±15 volts.
The orION is designed for operation with clean dry air (CDA), nitrogen, or CO2 and supports an adjustable air pressure up to 6.8 bar. The Sidekick foot switch allows hands-free operation, which facilitates handling during repetitive tasks. The robust, powder-coated steel housing contributes to the device's durability.
The dimensions of the controller are 132 x 85 x 164 mm. Manufactured by Simco, this product offers a combination of advanced technology and user-friendliness, making it ideal for technical applications where precision and cleanliness are crucial.
