Aerostat GUARDIAN - Ionizer (overhead model)
The Aerostat GUARDIAN Ionizer Overhead model from Simco is specifically designed for use in sensitive work environments such as electronics assembly and cleanrooms. This device is characterized by its ability to effectively neutralize static charges and is designed for work surfaces up to 60 x 120 cm.
The self-balancing ionization maintains a balance of 0 ±5 V, allowing for constant neutralization without regular recalibration. The air speed and temperature can be individually adjusted, with the device featuring an integrated heater for additional user comfort. An integrated task light provides improved visibility at the workstation.
The device includes a cleaning system for emitter points, which simplifies maintenance and ensures optimal ion delivery. It meets ISO standard 14644-1 Class 5 and is therefore ideally suited for cleanroom applications. The neutralization of static charges occurs quickly, with a discharge time of about 3 seconds over a distance of 45 cm.
The low-maintenance design and optional air filters increase cleanliness. With dimensions of 1086 x 102 x 171 mm and an operating temperature of 0 - 50 °C, the device is both efficient and space-saving.
