The Aerostat XC2 Ionizer from Simco is specifically designed for use in sensitive areas of electronics manufacturing. With dimensions of 359 x 183 x 166 mm and a weight of 3.2 kg, the device is characterized by its compact and lightweight design, which allows for easy installation. It offers an effective ionization range of up to 1.8 m and ensures consistent ionization and an ion balance of ±10 V with Micropulse technology.The ionization occurs via high voltage (AC), and the integrated cleaning system for the stainless steel emitter points ensures long-term efficiency. Additional features such as adjustable fan speeds, optical and acoustic alarms, and the ability to connect the device to a facility monitoring system provide further convenience and safety.
The device is also suitable for use in cleanrooms and meets ISO 14644-1 Class 6. The low ozone generation of less than 0.05 ppm contributes to workplace safety. Optionally, the device is equipped with an integrated heating element that generates a slight temperature increase of 2-3 °C to enhance user comfort.
