Aerostat XC2 ionizer
The Aerostat XC2 ionizer from Simco is specifically designed for use in sensitive work environments such as electronics manufacturing. This compact tabletop device is distinguished by its ability to effectively neutralize static charges. It features an integrated heater that produces a warm airflow, and a built-in stainless steel emitter cleaner that ensures the device's long-term efficiency.
The device's Micropulse technology ensures consistent ionization with a balance of ±10 V, enabling stable static neutralization and reducing ion recombination over time. Ionization occurs via high voltage (AC technology), and the device has an adjustable fan speed that provides an effective range of up to 1.8 m. Additionally, the device is equipped with optical and acoustic alarms that monitor balance and blower status and can be connected to a facility monitoring system.
