BlueLine table-top ionizer
The BlueLine AB-40 tabletop model is a sophisticated ionizing device specifically designed for the neutralization of electrostatic charges. It is ideally suited for use in electronics manufacturing, cleanrooms, and other sensitive areas that have high ESD requirements. The device operates with a high-frequency alternating current and features an integrated, continuously adjustable blower that also offers an optional heating element for a comfortable air temperature.
The ionizer's self-balancing offset voltage consistently maintains the residual charge under ±10 V. It effectively neutralizes static charges in just about 1.4 seconds at a distance of 15 cm. Ozone production remains very low, with less than 0.01 ppm at 15 cm and 0.004 ppm overall, ensuring safe indoor use. The compact design with dimensions of 476 x 198 x 170 mm (width x height x depth) makes the device mobile and ideal for tabletop operation. With a voltage of 230 V, the BlueLine AB-40 is prepared for use in various environments.
