minION2 - Portable Ionizer
The Simco-Ion minION2 is an advanced, portable benchtop ionizing blower specifically designed for use in sensitive environments such as electronics assembly and semiconductor manufacturing. With its compact dimensions of 98 mm width, 136 mm height, and 60 mm depth, the device is ideal for use in confined spaces and can be easily integrated into machines.The minION2 provides efficient control of electrostatic charges through a self-balancing system with an offset voltage of ±10 V, which operates without manual adjustments. The rapid discharge performance contributes to improved safety and functionality. A modular wiring system allows for the chaining of up to three devices to ensure extensive ionization coverage.
The device features a two-stage blower with an off switch and produces a maximum of 0.005 ppm ozone, making it suitable for use in ISO 7 class cleanrooms. Local LED indicators and relay contacts offer reliable fault detection. It can be operated with a voltage of 24 VDC or with customized standard power supplies that allow for adaptation to various regional requirements.
Included is a plug-in power supply for immediate operation.
