Intermediate PP Cut-to-Size Thickness 3.0 mm The intermediate PP cut-to-size with a thickness of 3.0 mm is made of extruded polypropylene and is characterized by high abrasion resistance. The weight is 600g/m². This product is available in three versions with different grip cutouts: Type D with two beveled corners, Type A with two semi-circular grip cutouts (34 x 17 mm), and Type C with two round grip holes (30 mm diameter). The black color and the volume conductive properties comply with ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, making the intermediate layer ideal for use in ESD-sensitive environments. The dimensional tolerance for the cutouts is +/- 1%. Handhold cut-outs for easier removal from Euro containers available in 3 versions:

Standard: 2 corners sloped
Type A: 2 handhold cut-outs semicular 34 X 17 mm
Type C: 2 grip holes round 30 mm
