Intermediate Layer PP Cut Thickness 3.5 mm This intermediate layer made of extruded polypropylene (PP) with a thickness of 3.5 mm and a weight of 800g/m² offers high abrasion resistance and additional stability. The black color and the volume-conductive texture comply with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, making it ideal for use in ESD-sensitive environments. This product is available in three different versions with cut-outs for easy removal from Euro containers: Type D with two beveled corners, Type A with two semi-circular cut-outs (34 x 17 mm), and Type C with two round grip holes (30 mm diameter). The dimensional tolerance for the cuts is +/- 1%. Fix your products and protect them against damage during transportation. The interlayers of lightweight polypropylene with cavities provide additional stability for your containers equipped with partitions.

Handhold cut-outs for easier removal from Euro containers available in 3 versions:

Standard: 2 corners sloped
Type A: 2 handhold cut-outs semicular 34 X 17 mm
Type C: 2 grip holes round 30 mm
