PP Ribbed Wall Length 353 mm / Height 120 mm / Grid 10 mm / ESD The PP ribbed wall "EPAstore" is specifically designed for use in Euro containers to ensure efficient and safe storage and retrieval of electrostatically sensitive components. It is volume conductive according to the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and protects your electronic components from electrostatic discharge. The ribbed wall with dimensions of 353x120x3 mm fits perfectly into containers of sizes 400x300 mm and 600x400 mm. The construction includes 26 slots on a 10 mm grid and is equipped with an outer rib of about 8 mm, which facilitates handling and organization within the container. Parting inserts facilitate the removal of components to be processed from containers. Cut-outs can be adapted to your requirements. You will find hereinafter our standard parting inserts for the most common applications.

In case of high Euro containers we recommend parting inserts and additionally interlayers that can be manufactured with cut-outs allowing a quick and easy removal of the components.

Handhold cut-outs for easier removal from Euro containers available in 3 versions:

  • Standard: 2 corners sloped
  • Type A: 2 handhold cut-outs semicular 34 X 17 mm
