Custom PS Insert This custom PS insert is ideally suited for the organized and layered transport and storage of electronic components in transport containers. Made of robust polystyrene, the solid material offers high abrasion resistance and is electrostatically conductive, meeting the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1. Available in thicknesses of 1.5 mm, 1.8 mm, and the standard thickness of 2.0 mm, the product can be customized to individual needs. The partitions can be equipped with viewing and handling cutouts to facilitate the handling of stored materials. Additionally, adjustments to non-standard containers are possible, allowing for flexible use. Any grid width and partition wall heights from 15 mm can be specifically implemented.
