5-shelf trolley ESD loading bed 1000 x 600 mm

The 5-tier ESD cart from Fetra is specifically designed for use in the electronics industry and is excellent as a transport, material, and picking cart. This model offers a load area of 1000 x 600 mm and a total height of 1800 mm. The shelf heights are strategically distributed at 276, 576, 876, 1076, and 1476 mm to ensure optimal accessibility. The cart has a maximum load capacity of 600 kg, with each level able to bear up to 50 kg.
The construction from electrostatically conductive steel tube and profile steel is powder-coated in slate gray (RAL 7015), making the cart not only robust but also safe for sensitive electronic components. The shelves are made of light gray HPL composite panels, which are also electrostatically conductive. For safe and easy maneuverability, it features two steering and two fixed casters with TPE-ESD tires (diameter 200 mm) and an innovative braking system that can be activated with a foot pedal, securely locking both the rotation and the swivel movement of the steering casters.
Additionally, the cart is equipped with a surface resistance of 10^5 - 10^7 Ω, providing high conductivity and complying with ESD standards DIN EN 61340-5-1. Optionally, the cart can be equipped with Fetra's "TOTALSTOP" central braking system, which is available for all cart models of the brand.
