3-shelf trolley ESD loading bed 850 x 500 mm

The 3-tier cart ESD by Fetra, with a load area of 850 x 500 mm, is specifically designed for use in the electronics industry and is ideal as a transport, material, and picking cart. The total height of the cart is 1111 mm, and it offers three levels at heights of 235, 635, and 1035 mm. The load capacity of the cart is 500 kg total, with each level capable of carrying up to 50 kg.
The construction is made of electrostatically conductive steel tubing and profile steel, powder-coated in slate gray (RAL 7015), ensuring permanent conductivity. The shelves are made from electrostatically conductive HPL composite panel. Optimal mobility is provided by two swivel and two fixed casters with TPE tires, which are also electrostatically conductive and have a diameter of 160 mm. Fetra's innovative braking system, which can be operated with just one footstep, locks the rotation and swivel movement of the steering casters to prevent lateral swiveling.
Additionally, the TOTALSTOP central braking system is available as an optional feature at an additional cost, which further increases safety. The cart complies with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, making it a safe choice for sensitive electronic components.
