The 2-tier transport cart from Fetra, with a load area of 1200 x 800 mm, is specifically designed for use in ESD-sensitive areas of the electronics industry. This model is characterized by its electrically conductive construction made from welded steel tube and profile steel, which is powder-coated in slate grey RAL 7015 to safely dissipate static discharges.
With dimensions of 1397 mm depth, 809 mm width, and 908 mm height, the cart has a load capacity of 600 kg. The tier heights vary between 270 and 900 mm, allowing for flexible use. The two robust steel trays are oil-tight welded and offer additional protection for sensitive components with a 10 mm high edge.
Equipped with two swivel and two fixed casters made from TPE-ESD tires (thermoplastic elastomer), the cart ensures minimal starting, rolling, and swiveling resistance for smooth handling. The casters are fitted with precision groove ball bearings that ensure a noiseless and trackless operation on flat floors. Additional safety is provided by the locks on the swivel casters.
Optionally available is Fetra's innovative TOTALSTOP central braking system, which can be activated with just one footstep and securely locks both the rotation and the swiveling movement of the swivel casters.

Innovative, comfortable, ergonomic and safe: the braking system developed by fetra can be easily locked or released with just one footstep. In addition to the rotation of the wheels, the swivel movement of both swivel castors is also securely locked. This prevents dangerous situations caused by the braked trolley swinging out to the side. Thanks to the central arrangement, the brake pedal is always in the operator's field of vision and can be operated in any castor position. The rubber wheel lock works on all tire materials and is very easy to adjust.
