2-shelf trolley loading bed 1000 x 600 mm
The 2-tier cart from Fetra, with a loading area of 1000 x 600 mm, is specifically designed for use in ESD-sensitive areas. This versatile transport cart is made of steel and has a load capacity of 300 kg. The surface is electrostatically dissipative powder-coated in dark gray, making the cart ideal for professional use in the electronics industry.
The dimensions of the cart are 1130 mm in depth, 609 mm in width, and 1020 mm in height. The shelf heights vary between 207 and 827 mm, allowing for flexible use. The cart is equipped with two swivel and two fixed casters, which have a surface resistance of 10^5 - 10^7 Ω and are fitted with TPE / ESD tires. The wheels have a diameter of 125 mm and are equipped with locks that guarantee safe handling.
Additionally, the cart can be equipped with the TOTALSTOP braking system from Fetra, which offers a central and easy-to-operate safety feature. This system locks both the rotation and the pivoting movement of the swivel casters and prevents the braked cart from swinging out sideways. The cart weighs 39 kg and its robust, high-quality floors are equipped with a 5 mm high edge, which increases the safety of the transported materials.

Construction
Steel tube and profile steel welded, electrostatically dissipative powder coating, slate grey. Stable screw and plug construction. Bases made of HPL composite plate, electrostatically dissipative, light grey. 2 ESD swivel and 2 ESD fixed castors, TPE tires electrostatically dissipative. Locks on the swivel castors.

Innovative, comfortable, ergonomical and safe: The braking system developed by fetra can be easily locked and released with one foot kick. Apart from the rotating of the wheels the swivelling of both swivel castors is also safely locked. This prevents dangerous situations caused by lateral swiveling of the braked trolley. The central arrangement allows the operator to have a look at the brake pedal at any time and to use it at any castor position. The rubber castor lock works efficently on all kinds of tyres and is very easily adjustable
