The 2-tier cart from Fetra, with a load area of 1000 x 600 mm, is specifically designed for use in ESD-sensitive areas of the electronics industry. This transport cart is characterized by its electrically conductive construction, offering a surface resistance of 10^5 - 10^7 Ω. The robust wooden composite panels of the load areas are manufactured according to DIN 68765 and equipped with a 5 mm high edge, providing additional safety in handling sensitive materials.The overall dimensions of the cart are 1130 mm in depth, 609 mm in width, and 1020 mm in height. With a load capacity of up to 300 kg and a shelf height of 207 to 827 mm, the cart is exceptionally resilient and functional. The TPE / ESD tires ensure high maneuverability, supported by two steering and two fixed casters, two of which have locks.
Additionally, the innovative TOTALSTOP central braking system from fetra is optionally available, which allows for safe and ergonomic operation and prevents the braked cart from swaying sideways.

TOTALSTOP - the fetra central braking system
Innovative, comfortable, ergonomic and safe: the braking system developed by fetra can be easily locked or released with just one footstep. In addition to the rotation of the wheels, the swivel movement of both swivel castors is also securely locked. This prevents dangerous situations caused by the braked trolley swinging out to the side. Thanks to the central arrangement, the brake pedal is always in the operator's field of vision and can be operated in any castor position. The rubber wheel lock works on all tire materials and is very easy to adjust.
