2-shelf trolley loading bed 850 x 500 mm
The 2-tier cart from Fetra, with a load area of 850 x 500 mm, is specifically designed for use in ESD-sensitive areas of the electronics industry. This ESD-compliant service cart, which meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, ensures safe handling of sensitive components through its electrostatically dissipative powder coating in dark gray and the use of HPL composite panels.
The construction from welded steel tube and profile steel makes the cart particularly robust, while the TPE tires and the availability of an innovative central brake system "TOTALSTOP" (optionally available) offer maximum mobility and safety. The cart has a total load capacity of 300 kg, with an upper load area that can carry up to 80 kg, and is sized with a total height of 1020 mm, a width of 509 mm, and a depth of 980 mm.
The shelf heights vary between 207 and 827 mm, allowing additional flexibility in the storage and transport of various objects. The surface resistance is between 10^5 and 10^7 Ohm, emphasizing the ESD safety. The wheels have a diameter of 125 mm, which facilitates easy maneuverability even in tight spaces.

Construction
Steel tube and profile steel welded, electrostatically dissipative powder coating, slate grey. Stable screw and plug construction. Bases made of HPL composite plate, electrostatically dissipative, light grey. 2 ESD swivel and 2 ESD fixed castors, TPE tires electrostatically dissipative. Locks on the swivel castors.

Innovative, comfortable, ergonomical and safe: The braking system developed by fetra can be easily locked and released with one foot kick. Apart from the rotating of the wheels the swivelling of both swivel castors is also safely locked. This prevents dangerous situations caused by lateral swiveling of the braked trolley. The central arrangement allows the operator to have a look at the brake pedal at any time and to use it at any castor position. The rubber castor lock works efficently on all kinds of tyres and is very easily adjustable
