ESD Grooved covering for table trolley 1000 x 700 mm

The ESD grooved mat for table carts with dimensions of 1000 x 700 mm offers an efficient solution for the safe handling and transport of sensitive electronic components. This specially developed table mat is made of NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber) and has a width of 695 mm and a length of 995 mm. The mat is characterized by its grooved structure, which prevents the transported items from slipping and thus provides optimal protection.
In addition to the functional equipment, the table cart can optionally be equipped with the TOTALSTOP central braking system from fetra. This innovative, ergonomic braking system can be activated with a foot pedal and secures both the rotation and the pivoting of the wheels, significantly increasing safety and preventing lateral swaying. The rubber wheel lock ensures effective function on all tire materials and can be easily adjusted.
With this combination of high-quality material and optional safety features, the ESD grooved mat is ideally suited for use in the electronics industry, where ESD protection and stability are required.

Innovative, comfortable, ergonomic and safe: the braking system developed by fetra can be easily locked or released with just one footstep. In addition to the rotation of the wheels, the swivel movement of both swivel castors is also securely locked. This prevents dangerous situations caused by the braked trolley swinging out to the side. Thanks to the central arrangement, the brake pedal is always in the operator's field of vision and can be operated in any castor position.
