Reel rack RR-ESD
The Treston RR-ESD reel stand is ideal for use in areas where electrostatic discharges must be avoided. This product complies with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and offers an efficient solution for the transport, provision, and storage of SMD reels. The stand is compatible with RRT-ESD reel trolleys and DPV shelving trolleys type 1217 / 1218, as well as suitable for storage racks with shelf sizes of 1000 x 500 mm.
With dimensions of 426 x 960 x 254 mm (DxWxH) and a load capacity of 50 kg, the reel stand features 15 compartments, each 60 mm wide. It can accommodate SMD reels with diameters of 180 mm, 330 mm, and 380 mm, with reels of Ø 180 mm arranged in two rows (up to 60 reels per row). The steel brackets of the stand are conductive powder-coated to meet safety standards and ensure long-term use.
