5-shelf trolley ESD 5 shelves loading bed 1000 x 700 mm

The 5-tier trolley ESD from Fetra is specifically designed for the requirements of the electronics industry and is ideal as a transport, material, and picking trolley. With a loading area of 1000 x 700 mm and a total height of 1800 mm, the trolley offers ample space for various materials. The tier heights are distributed at 276, 576, 876, 1076, and 1476 mm, allowing for flexible use.
The trolley's total carrying capacity is 600 kg, with each loading area able to bear up to 80 kg. The construction is made of steel tube and profile steel, electrostatically conductive powder-coated in slate grey RAL 7015. The shelves are made from a light grey HPL composite panel, which is also electrostatically conductive.
Mobility is ensured by two steering and two fixed castors with TPE-ESD tires and a diameter of 200 mm, all of which are electrostatically conductive and comply with the ESD standards DIN EN 61340-5-1. An innovative braking system, operated by a foot pedal, locks the rotation and swivel movement of the steering castors, thus enhancing safety.
An optional TOTALSTOP central braking system is available, which provides an additional safety and comfort option.
