The 5-tier cart ESD from Fetra, specifically designed for the needs of the electronics industry, offers an optimal solution for transport, material handling, and picking tasks. With a load area of 1200x800 mm and a total height of 1800 mm, this cart is particularly robust and versatile. The construction of welded steel tube and profile steel, electrostatically conductive powder-coated in slate gray RAL 7015, ensures durability and safety.
The five levels of the cart, with heights of 276, 576, 876, 1076, and 1476 mm, are made from electrostatically conductive HPL composite panel and offer a total load capacity of 600 kg, with each load area able to bear up to 80 kg. For easy maneuverability, there are two steering and two fixed castors with TPE tires, which are electrostatically conductive and have a diameter of 200 mm.
An innovative braking system, developed by Fetra, allows the cart to be easily locked and unlocked with just a foot press. This increases safety by locking the swivel movement of the steering castors and preventing lateral swaying. Optionally, the TOTALSTOP central braking system is available, which provides additional safety.
The technical specifications include a surface resistance of 10^5 - 10^7 Ω, which complies with the ESD standards DIN EN 61340-5-1, making the cart ideal for sensitive work environments.
