Euro box trolley ESD 3 shelves 820 x 610 mm

The Fetra ESD 3-tier trolley with dimensions 820 x 610 mm is specifically designed for use in ESD-sensitive areas of the electronics industry. This trolley complies with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and provides an efficient solution for transportation, material handling, and order picking tasks. The construction is made of welded steel tube and profile steel, which is electrostatically conductive and powder-coated in slate gray (RAL 7015). The shelves are made from conductive wooden composite boards, allowing a load capacity of 80 kg per tier, with a total load capacity of 250 kg.
The four caster wheels are equipped with TPE-ESD tires and feature precision groove ball bearings, ensuring quiet and mark-free movement on flat floors. Two of the wheels are equipped with locks, which allow for easy operation and additional security against unwanted movement. The tier frames are adjustable and can be mounted at an angle of 15° or 30° to meet the requirements of different types of loads. The surface resistance is between 10^5 and 10^7 Ω, highlighting the conductive properties of this trolley.
Additionally, Fetra offers the TOTALSTOP central braking system as an optional feature, which provides a central and easy-to-use braking solution and is available for all Fetra trolleys.
