Texon 3 ESD Swivel chair

The Bimos TEXON 3 ESD swivel chair is distinguished by its advanced Auto-Motion technology, which allows synchronous movement of the seat and backrest, thus providing optimal support in any position. The seat height is adjustable from 57 to 81 cm, allowing individual adjustment to the user's body height. The chair is equipped with conductive gliders and a foot ring, making it ideal for ESD-protected areas as it exceeds the standard DIN EN 61340-5-1.
The backrest of the chair is 62.5 cm high and offers additional comfort and support thanks to the permanent contact backrest, which is adjustable to the user's body weight. The maximum load capacity of the chair is 150 kg, and it features an anti-shock device that prevents the backrest from abruptly shooting forward.
The TEXON 3 is available in various coverings, including Duotec ESD fabric and Magic ESD synthetic leather, both in black and gray, as well as Supertec ESD and Skintec ESD, providing a range of options for different work environments and preferences. The coverings are easy to clean and meet high standards in terms of fire safety and resistance to disinfectants.

A chair for the right settings

The Bimos cleanroom swivel chair TEXON focuses on intuitive and correct sitting - without any complicated adjustments. Thanks to its high-quality auto-motion mechanism, the chair provides optimum support when leaning forwards and backwards.

With its innovative seat mechanism, the TEXON is particularly suitable for production workstations. Its slim, ergonomic design enhances the workplace and its robust construction offers employees a feeling of safety in a harsh environment.

Sit well, work effectively

Conditions at ESD workstations are often challenging. Sitting leaning forward for long periods and a short hand-eye distance require a lot of concentration and energy. Good work is particularly successful here if employees are optimally supported in their posture by the chair they are sitting on. With the ESD TEXON and its adjustment options, you allow employees to focus their full energy on the production processes instead of having to compensate for an unfavorable sitting posture.

1. Seat height adjustment

The seat height of the ESD TEXON swivel chair is individually adjustable - for both the high and low chair versions. This means that the chair can be perfectly adapted to the user's height and can be used by more than one employee.

2. Auto-Motion technology to the rear

The ESD TEXON's auto-motion technology adapts to the sitter's movements and offers perfect support in any position. The basic mechanism enables the seat and backrest to move backwards synchronously. The seat and backrest can be locked in three positions for more support.

The flexible element underneath the backrest extends the range of movement to the rear. This offers more comfort, especially when the backrest is fixed, as the back can move easily even with sufficient support. If this is not desired, it can also be fixed.

3. Auto-Motion technology forwards

The Auto-Motion technology enables the seat and backrest to tilt forwards synchronously, making it easier to work in a forward-leaning position.

4. 4D armrest

The height of the armrests can be individually adjusted by up to 110 mm. This allows you to set the optimum distance between shoulders and elbows. The width of the armrests can also be adjusted to the shoulder width. An adjustment of up to 20 mm is possible here. The depth of the armrests can be adjusted forwards or backwards by up to 60 cm. The angles can be swiveled inwards or outwards by up to +/-45°.

 

Removable upholstery

Hygienic design down to the smallest detail - to make cleaning the TEXON cleanroom swivel chair even more thorough and easier, the chair is equipped with replaceable upholstery. After removing the back and seat upholstery, the upholstery and plastic parts can be thoroughly cleaned. The surfaces under the upholstery are closed and virtually seamless and can be easily wiped clean.

1. Fabric ESD

If you value the satisfaction of your employees, fabric is the right upholstery for the ESD TEXON. In clean environments such as the ESD area, it makes sitting comfortable during a long working day and contributes to a relaxed posture.
