PE foam, dissipative, cutting
The black PE foam offered here is particularly suitable for use in ESD-sensitive environments due to its electrostatic discharge capability. This product is standardized according to DIN EN 61340-5-1 and provides a reliable solution for various applications such as insert foam, interlayers, and partition walls for containers, as well as a work surface mat.
The foam is cross-linked, closed-cell, and corrosion-free, making it particularly abrasion-resistant. With a thickness of 3 mm and a material density of 46 kg/cm³, the foam can also withstand higher loads. The surface shows a typical resistance of 10^5 to 10^7 Ω, with the skin side having a resistance of 105 to 106 Ohm and the non-skin side showing a resistance of 107 to 108 Ohm.
The dimensional tolerance for the cuts is +/- 1%, allowing for precise use. The maximum operating temperature is 90 °C, making the foam versatile in its applications. This product combines high functionality with reliable technical properties, ideal for technical requirements in various industrial sectors.
