This PE foam board measuring 1000x1500x6 mm is made of high-quality polyethylene and is characterized by its electrostatic discharge capability. It is certified according to the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, making it ideal for use in ESD-sensitive environments. The board is cross-linked and closed-cell, which leads to high corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance.
The surface of the board varies in resistance, with the skin side having a typical resistance of 10^5 to 10^6 Ohm and the non-skin side a resistance of 10^7 to 10^8 Ohm. These properties make the foam board particularly suitable as plug foam, interlayers for containers, baffle walls for containers, or as a workplace mat.
The material can be used up to an operating temperature of 90 °C, and the consistent black color ensures a uniform appearance. The board combines functionality with safety standards and is a reliable choice for technical applications.
