The interlayer PS cut-to-size with a thickness of 1.5 mm, ESD from EPAstore, manufactured by DPV, is a high-quality solution for technical applications requiring electrostatic discharge safety. The product is made of solid black polystyrene and has a thickness of 1.5 mm. It is volume conductive and meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, making it ideal for use in ESD-sensitive environments.
The interlayer is characterized by its high abrasion resistance and a dimensional tolerance of +/- 1%. With a surface and volume resistance of 10^6 Ω each, it provides reliable conductivity. The weight of the material is 1650 g/m². It is available in four different versions with grip cutouts that facilitate removal from Euro containers: Type D with two beveled corners, Type A with semi-circular cutouts, Type B with rectangular, and Type C with round grip holes.
This product combines functionality with technical precision and supports efficient work processes in industrial applications.
