The PS partition wall from EPAstore, manufactured by DPV, offers an efficient solution for subdividing Euro containers of sizes 600 x 400 mm and 400 x 300 mm. With a length of 353 mm, a height of 180 mm, and a material thickness of 1.85 mm, this partition wall is specifically designed for technical applications where electrostatic discharge plays a role. The product is made from high-quality solid polystyrene and is characterized by its electrostatic conductivity, which meets the standards of DIN EN 61340-5-1. The partition wall has a grid size of 159 mm and is equipped with three slots, allowing for flexible subdivision. The outer ridge measures about 13 mm, providing additional stability. The surface and volume resistance are each 10^6 Ω, supporting the safe handling of sensitive electronic components. Weighing 2090 g/m² and available in black, this product seamlessly fits into industrial storage and production environments.
In order to satisfy the constantly increasing requirements in electronics manufacturing you must protect your components against electrostatic discharge.
The ESD-safe parting inserts for Euro containers complete your workstation.
Parting inserts facilitate the removal of components to be processed from containers. Cut-outs can be adapted to your requirements. You will find hereinafter our standard parting inserts for the most common applications.
