The custom PS insert from EPAstore, manufactured by DPV, is optimally designed for structured transport and storage of electronic components in transport containers. Made from solid black polystyrene, this product is characterized by its high abrasion resistance and electrostatic volume conductivity. It meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, with a surface and volume resistance of 10^6 Ω each.
The standard thickness of the material is 2.0 mm, with variants of 1.5 mm and 1.8 mm also available. Additionally, the partition walls offer practical visual and grip cutouts, which facilitate the removal of stored materials. These can be individually adapted to the needs and specifications of the user, including adjustments to non-standard containers and the ability to realize any grid width and partition wall heights from 15 mm.
For specific requirements, the compartments and partition walls can be custom manufactured at any time. A non-binding offer will be gladly provided upon request to precisely meet your needs.
