The complete cabinet with SMD flip boxes from Licefa offers an efficient solution for the storage and handling of SMD components. This product is specifically designed for technical environments where electrostatic discharges must be avoided. It meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and guarantees the safety of your sensitive components through its conductive properties.
The cabinet contains three drawers, each equipped with 36 black flip boxes of type N3, resulting in a total of 108 boxes. Each drawer has an internal length of 340 mm, an internal width of 250 mm, and an internal height of 22 mm. The flip boxes are not only conductive but also practical to handle: they can be easily opened and securely closed by spring pressure, while the lids remain upright in the open position.
The surface resistance values of the boxes range between 10^3 and 10^5 Ohms, and due to their precise fit, they can be seamlessly integrated into assembly cabinets of size 2.0. Labels for marking can also be easily attached, which facilitates the organization and identification of the contents.
