The SMD folding box size N2 (medium), manufactured by Licefa, is specifically designed for the safe and organized storage of SMD components. This box is electrostatically dissipative and meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, making it ideal for use in ESD-sensitive environments. The box has an internal length of 12 mm, an internal width of 37 mm, and an internal height of 15 mm, allowing for compact and efficient storage.
The external dimensions are 29.4 mm in length, 42.4 mm in width, and 21 mm in height. The lid is transparent and equipped with a conductive layer, while the lower part is available in blue, yellow, or red and also has dissipative properties.
The surface offers resistance from 10^5 to 10^11 Ω and the box can be permanently used in a temperature range from -20 to 80 °C. Weighing only 8.3 g, it is lightweight yet sturdy. The lids of these folding boxes are easily interchangeable, remain open on their own, and can be securely closed with a spring mechanism. Labels can be effortlessly attached, and the boxes seamlessly integrate into assembly cabinets of size 2.0.
