CORTRONIC® shipping box 100x55x25 mm
The CORTRONIC shipping box, manufactured by Kolb, is ideally sized at 100x55x25 mm for the secure shipment of sensitive products. This box is characterized by its high electrostatic shielding, which allows less than 10 nJ of energy to pass through, according to the Energy Bag Test. Additionally, the surface resistance of 10^7 to 10^8 Ohm ensures effective dissipation of electrostatic charges.
The box is composed of multiple layers: corrugated cardboard, a conductive layer, and a sealed conductive layer, which are repeatedly layered to provide maximum security. The standard print includes an ESD warning label, the type designation, and a recycling symbol, highlighting the sustainability of the product. The blue-colored box is not only colorfast but also fully recyclable, making it an environmentally friendly packaging option.
For custom adaptation, suitable foam inserts are available, and the minimum order quantity is 10 pieces. With FEFCO Code 0427 certification and compliance with DIN EN 61340-5-1 standards, this shipping box offers a reliable solution for technical shipping requirements.
