The CORTRONIC shipping box, manufactured by Kolb, offers optimal protection features for transporting sensitive goods. With an inner dimension of 178x127x64 mm and a surface resistance of Rs = 10^7 - 10^8 Ohm, this product ensures effective electrostatic shielding under 10 nJ, according to the Energy Bag Test. The box conforms to DIN EN 61340-5-1 and features a standardized ESD warning print, type designation, and a recycling symbol, making it fully recyclable.The structure consists of multiple layers: corrugated cardboard, a conductive layer, and a sealed conductive layer, repeatedly arranged to guarantee maximum safety. The box's blue color is long-lasting and durable. Additionally, the shipping box is listed in the standard size with the FEFCO code 0427 and is available in minimum quantities of 10 pieces. Suitable foam inserts that provide additional protection are also available.
