The CORTRONIC shipping box, manufactured by Kolb, is optimally designed for the secure transport and storage of electro-sensitive products. This box, with internal dimensions of 380 x 250 x 120 mm, conforms to the DIN EN 61340-5-1 standard and features a standard blue color that maintains its color fastness over time. The product is characterized by a multi-layer structure of corrugated cardboard and conductive layers, which are presented in a sealed form, thus offering high shielding properties against electrostatic discharges. The surface resistance of the inner and outer cover ranges between 10^7 and 10^8 Ohm, ensuring effective electrostatic shielding under 10 nJ (Energy Bag Test).Additionally, the box is equipped with an ESD warning print, type designation, and a recycling symbol, which supports traceability and environmentally friendly disposal.
