SAFESHIELD shipping box 200x140x50 mm
The SAFESHIELD shipping box, measuring 200x140x50 mm, provides optimal protection for sensitive electronic components through its electrostatic shielding of less than 1 nJ. It meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and is marked with an ESD warning label, type designation, and recycling symbol.
The box is colored blue and features an integrated profile foam made of pink dissipative material, which is 20 mm thick and offers additional protection against mechanical stresses. With a surface resistance of 10^9 to 10^10 Ω, it is ideal for the safe transport and storage of electrostatically sensitive components.
The box conforms to the FEFCO code 0473, making it also suitable for standardized shipping requirements. Suitable foam inserts can be added to further enhance the protection.
