The CARBOSTAT bubble wrap is characterized by its three-layer, permanently volume-conductive copolymer structure, which provides effective electrostatic shielding according to ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1. With a width of 600 mm and a roll length of 100 m, this film offers a total area of 60 m². The film thickness is 0.16 mm, and it is available in black, without print.The surface and volume resistances are at 10^4 Ω, ensuring conductivity. The film is sealable, but not resealable, and its durability is unlimited with proper storage. The smooth outer and inner sides, a bubble height of 4 mm, and a bubble diameter of 10 mm enhance the protective function. Additionally, this product is recyclable, making it an environmentally friendly packaging option.
