The HIGHSHIELD bubble wrap measuring 300 mm x 100 m provides an effective solution for protecting sensitive products from electrostatic discharge. This specially developed film consists of three layers: an outer Highshield layer and an inner PERMASTAT® layer, both with a surface resistance of 10^9 - 10^10 Ohms, making it ideal for applications in ESD-sensitive environments. The film is certified according to DIN EN 61340-5-1 and IEC standards and offers additional safety through electrostatic shielding with a metallized surface under 5 nJ.
With a roll length of 100 meters and a width of 300 mm, each roll covers 30 m² of material, which is sealable but not resealable. The recyclable material also supports sustainable practices in the packaging industry. Due to the three-layer structure, the film is particularly robust and reliably protects against external influences without bearing intrusive markings.
