PERMASTAT flat film
The PERMASTAT flat film is a high-quality, conductive flat film, specifically developed for applications where electrostatic discharges must be avoided. It is made from polypropylene and available in pink, which facilitates identification. The film has a width of 1200 mm and a roll length of 500 m with a material thickness of 0.04 mm.
The dissipative properties of the film meet the standards DIN EN 61340-5-1 and IEC, making it ideal for use in ESD-sensitive environments. The surface resistance is 10^10 Ω and the maximum discharge time is 2 seconds.
Despite its high functionality, the film is not sealable and not resealable, but it is recyclable and offers a shelf life of up to 3 years with proper storage. This makes it a sustainable choice for technical applications that require reliable ESD protection.
