Dri-Shield® 2000 protective bag 3M-SCS 152 x 203 mm

The 3M-SCS Dri-Shield® 2000 protective bag measures 152 x 203 mm and is an advanced shielding and barrier bag specifically designed to protect sensitive electronic components from moisture and electrostatic discharges. This bag is made from an innovative multilayer material that includes dissipative polyethylene and polyester as well as a metallized polyester film to ensure optimal safety.
The technical specifications include electrostatic shielding of less than 10 nJ and EMI shielding of 45 dB, certifying it according to the standards MIL-PRF-81705 Type 1, EIA 583, EIA 541, EIA 625, and ANSI/ESD S20.20. Additionally, the bag is vacuum-sealable, weldable, and complies with RoHS directives by being lead-free.
The physical properties include a width of 152 mm, a length of 203 mm, a thickness of 0.09 mm, and a water vapor permeability of 0.0543 g/m². The surface resistance of the material ranges from 10^4 to 10^11 Ω, confirming its high conductivity. The bag is not resealable, which guarantees security after the first seal. Each bag carries standard prints such as the ESD warning symbol and moisture symbol.
