The resealable packaging bags DPV-3000 Zip offer an optimal solution for the safe and static-free storage and transportation of sensitive electronic components. These pink, transparent bags are made from polyethylene and measure 120 mm in width, 170 mm in length, and have a thickness of 0.1 mm. They are designed according to the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and guarantee a fast discharge time of maximum 2 seconds with a surface resistance of less than 10^11 Ω.
The bags are resealable, which allows for repeated use and contributes to cost-effectiveness. They are amine-free, halogen-free, and fully recyclable, making them an environmentally friendly packaging option. With a durability of up to three years with proper storage, which requires a humidity of over 20% and an ambient temperature of over 23 °C, these bags offer a long-term storage solution. Each box contains 2500 pieces, with the bags printed with the type designation, an ESD warning symbol, and the LOT number.
