The antistatic packaging bags DPV-3006 Zip offer an optimal solution for the secure and standard-compliant packaging of sensitive electronic components. These bags measure 150 x 225 x 0.06 mm and are made from polyethylene, making them both recyclable and durable – they retain their properties for up to three years with proper storage.Thanks to the practical zip closure, the bags are resealable and thus guarantee continuous protection against static charges. The pink transparent coloring ensures clear identification as ESD protective packaging, with a surface resistance below 10^11 Ω and a discharge time of no more than 2 seconds.
The bags meet the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and are free from amines and halogens, qualifying them for a wide range of applications in ESD-sensitive environments. Each bag is marked with the type designation, an ESD warning symbol, and a LOT number, ensuring traceability and compliance with standards. Moreover, they are designed for storage conditions above 20% humidity and over 23°C ambient temperature, highlighting their versatility under various storage conditions.
