Dissipative packaging bags DPV-3000 Zip 200 x 250 x 0.06 mm
The dissipative packaging bags DPV-3006 Zip provide an optimal solution for the secure storage and transport of electrostatically sensitive components. With dimensions of 200 x 250 x 0.06 mm, these bags are made from polyethylene, which is both amine-free and halogen-free. The pink-transparent color ensures clear visibility of the contents, while the practical zip closure allows for easy resealing.
The bags meet the requirements of the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and have a surface resistance of less than 10^11 Ω. They are also dissipative with a maximum discharge time of 2 seconds. Each box contains 1000 pieces of these recyclable bags, which can be stored for up to three years at an ambient temperature of over 23°C and a humidity of more than 20%, provided they are properly stored.
Standardly, the bags are printed with the type designation, an ESD warning symbol, and a LOT number, which provides an additional safety and identification measure. This makes them an ideal choice for technical applications in ESD-sensitive environments.
