The conductive packaging bags Type DPV-3006 offer a reliable solution for the safe storage and transport of sensitive electronic components. These bags are made of polyethylene, are transparent, and available in pink, which simplifies the identification of contents. With a width of 130 mm, a length of 200 mm, and a thickness of 0.06 mm, they meet the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, making them ideal for EPA (Electrostatic Protected Areas).The bags are not resealable, but they are sealable, which ensures a secure seal. They are amine-free and fully recyclable, making them an environmentally friendly packaging option. The surface resistance is below 10^11 Ω, and the maximum discharge time is 2 seconds. The products are marked with a standard print that includes the type designation, an ESD warning symbol, the recycling symbol, and a LOT number.
Each carton contains 2500 pieces of these bags, which have a shelf life of up to 3 years if stored under suitable conditions: an ambient temperature above 23 °C and a humidity above 20%. The material has a flash point at 275 °C and a melting point at 116 °C, while the auto-ignition temperature is at 420 °C.
