HIGHSHIELD shielding bag 102 x 102 mm

The HIGHSHIELD shielding bags with dimensions of 102 x 102 mm offer an effective solution for the secure storage and transport of electrostatically sensitive components. These bags are made from a multi-layer material structure that includes an outer layer of dissipative polyester and an inner layer of permanently antistatic, amine-free polyethylene. The metallization through aluminum vapor deposition enhances electrostatic shielding, with surface and volume resistance between 10^9 and 10^10 Ohm.
The bags are not resealable, but they are sealable and conform to the standard DIN EN 61340-5-1. With a thickness of 0.077 mm and their transparent color, they allow a clear view of the contents, while the ESD warning symbol, type designation, recycling symbol, and LOT number are printed on them. The high shielding against field induction and the controlled dissipation of existing charges without spontaneous discharge make them particularly suitable for assemblies with batteries and accumulators. The packaging unit includes 100 pieces, which are recyclable and thus allow for environmentally friendly disposal.
