HIGHSHIELD shielding bag 254 x 305 mm

The HIGHSHIELD shielding bags measuring 254 x 305 mm offer an effective solution for the safe packaging of electrostatically sensitive components. These metallized, transparent bags are coated with aluminum and consist of a multi-layer structure that includes dissipative polyester and a permanently antistatic, amine-free polyethylene. The inner layer Permastat ensures controlled dissipation of existing charges without spontaneous discharge, which is particularly advantageous for assemblies with batteries and accumulators.
The bags are also resealable and recyclable according to DIN EN 61340-5-1. They have a surface and volume resistance of 10^9 to 10^10 Ohm and provide high shielding against field induction with minimal triboelectric charging. The electrostatic shielding is specified at less than 10 nJ, meeting the strict requirements of ESD safety.
Additionally, the bags are sealable and feature standard prints such as the ESD warning symbol, type designation, recycling symbol, and the LOT number, which allows for easy identification and handling in the technical field. Each packaging unit contains 100 pieces of these high-quality shielding bags.
