HIGHSHIELD shielding bag 254 x 305 mm

The HIGHSHIELD shielding bags measuring 254 x 305 mm are ideal for technical use, particularly for protecting electrostatically sensitive components. These bags are made from a multilayer material structure, consisting of an outer dissipative polyester and an inner, permanently anti-static and amine-free polyethylene known as Permastat. The metallized surface through aluminum vapor deposition provides effective electrostatic shielding of less than 10 nJ and ensures controlled dissipation of existing charges without the risk of spontaneous discharges.
The products are not resealable, have a thickness of 0.077 mm, and come in a packaging unit of 100 pieces. They are transparent, which facilitates visual inspection of the contents, and meet the standard DIN EN 61340-5-1. The surface and volume resistance range between 10^9 and 10^10 ohms, making them also suitable for assemblies with batteries and accumulators. Additionally, the bags are recyclable and securely sealable through their side seam welding.
