HIGHSHIELD shielding bag 508 x 609 mm
The HIGHSHIELD shielding bags measuring 508 x 609 mm provide an effective solution for the safe packaging of electrostatically sensitive components. These bags are made from a multi-layer material construction, consisting of an outer dissipative polyester and an inner, permanently antistatic and amine-free polyethylene, known as Permastat. The surface and volume resistances range between 10^9 and 10^10 ohms, allowing for controlled dissipation of existing charges without the risk of spontaneous discharge.
The bags are not resealable, have a thickness of 0.077 mm, and are transparent, which simplifies the identification of the contents. Additionally, they are recyclable and comply with the standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, highlighting their suitability for industrial applications. They offer high shielding against field induction and minimize triboelectric charging. With an electrostatic shielding of less than 10 nJ, they are also suitable for assemblies with batteries and accumulators.
The packaging unit includes 100 pieces of these high-quality, metallized, and sealable shielding bags.
