HIGHSHIELD shielding bag 76 x 127 mm
The HIGHSHIELD shielding bags, measuring 76 x 127 mm, offer an effective solution for packaging and protecting electrostatically sensitive components. These bags are made from a multi-layer material structure, consisting of an outer dissipative polyester and an inner, permanently antistatic and amine-free polyethylene layer that is vapor-coated with aluminum. This ensures excellent electrostatic shielding of less than 10nJ and a surface and volume resistance of 10^9 to 10^10 Ohm.
The bags are not only recyclable and sealable, but also transparent, which simplifies the identification of the contents. They provide high shielding against field induction and minimize triboelectric charging while simultaneously allowing controlled dissipation of existing charges without causing spontaneous discharges. This makes them particularly suitable for assemblies with batteries and accumulators.
Additionally, the bags are equipped with a standard print that includes the ESD warning symbol, the type designation, the recycling symbol, and the LOT number. With a thickness of 0.077 mm and a packaging unit of 100 pieces, these bags offer a reliable and practical solution for technical purchasing in industrial environments that comply with the standards DIN EN 61340-5-1.
