Shielding bag DPV-1000 Zip "metal-in" 254 x 305 mm
The EPApack DPV-1000 Zip "metal-in" shielding bag, manufactured by DPV, offers optimal protection for electronic components against electrostatic discharges (ESD). With a size of 254 x 305 mm and a material thickness of 0.078 mm, this bag meets the standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and is made from a multi-layer, transparent material that ensures effective shielding against field induction and minimal triboelectric charging.The outer layer has an antistatic coating with a surface resistance of 10^10 - 10^11 Ohm, while the inner layer is made of amine-free polyethylene, which additionally supports the safety of sensitive assemblies. The integrated aluminum vapor deposition enhances the ESD protection function by providing an electrostatic shielding of less than 15 nJ and ensuring a maximum discharge time of 0.03 seconds.
The bag is also resealable and weldable, which allows for controlled dissipation of existing charges without spontaneous discharge. This makes it particularly suitable for assemblies with batteries and accumulators. The standard print includes the ESD warning symbol, the type designation, a recycling symbol, RoHS compliance, and the LOT number. The bag meets the standards MIL-PRF-81705D, ANSI/ESD STM 11.11, ANSI/ESD STM11.31, EIA 541, ASTM D882, and ASTM D1003, underscoring its quality and reliability.
