Shielding bag DPV-1000 Zip "metal-in" 76 x 127 mm

The DPV-1000 Zip "metal-in" shielding bag from EPApack, manufactured by DPV, is a highly functional packaging medium specifically designed for protecting electronic components from electrostatic discharge. These 76 x 127 mm bags are made from a multilayer material that includes a combination of polyethylene and polyester and has a material thickness of 0.078 mm. They provide effective electrostatic shielding under 15 nJ and a surface resistance between 10^10 and 10^11 Ohm, enabling the safe discharge of electrostatic charges. The bags are transparent, resealable, and weldable, making them ideal for assemblies with batteries and accumulators. They meet the standards MIL-PRF-81705D, ANSI/ESD STM 11.11, ANSI/ESD STM11.31, EIA 541, ASTM D882, and ASTM D1003. Additionally, they are RoHS compliant and feature the ESD warning symbol as well as the recycling symbol. The packaging unit includes 100 pieces, with each bag having an embossing of the LOT number on the side seam. These features make the shielding bag a safe and reliable solution for protecting sensitive electronic components.
