PU foam 100x55x10 mm
The PU foam from EPApack, measuring 100x55x10 mm, offers an optimal solution for use in shipping boxes to protect sensitive electronic components from static discharge. This electrostatic dissipative foam meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and is available in a soft, open-cell version.
The product is available both in a dimpled profile 1:1 variant and as smooth foam, with both versions providing the same protective functions. The pink color of the foam facilitates visual identification and allocation in storage and shipping processes.
The material is made of polyurethane, which guarantees a durability of up to two years with proper storage. The dimensions of the foam are 100 mm in length, 55 mm in width, and 10 mm in thickness, allowing for easy integration into various packaging solutions.
