The PU foam from EPApack offers an optimal solution for the safe shipping of sensitive electronic components. With dimensions of 250x191x15 mm and a smooth surface structure, this foam meets the requirements of the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, making it electrostatically dissipative. The pink color of the foam facilitates identification and allocation in storage and shipping processes.
The material is made of open-cell, soft polyurethane, which not only provides effective protection but also ensures durability of up to 2 years with proper storage. This foam is available in two variants: as profiled foam 1:1 or as smooth foam, both versions support the safe storage and transport of sensitive components. The foam is also conductive, offering additional protection against electrostatic discharges. This item is ideally suited as an insert for shipping boxes to ensure the integrity of your products during transport.
